TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

- I don't make refunds- Payment must be received in full before the commission begins.- Do not ask for a commission unless you have the necessary funds.- You are not allowed to resell my art.- I won't draw mecha, furry, muscles, NSFW, armor, realism, gore.- You can repost my finished commissions with proper credit.- Commissioned artwork posted by me will have a watermark in my social medias.- If you don't want me to tag you or post your commission, let me know and I won't.- The art you receive will not have a watermark.- I only work with my style. I do not work with other artists' styles.- If your idea has too much details or extra objects, an extra charge will be added. Just ask me ♡- Please do not send me payments for orders without notifying me first. I need to see if I'm capable of doing your ideas.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

- I will do everything i can to make my customers happy and comfortable. ♡- Absolutely no revisions can be made during line art phase.- Coloring revisions will only be made once. any additional color revisions will incur additional fees.-Any great changes will come with an extra charge. such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.- Make sure to be clear in your order of what you aim for as i may charge for changes in the commission.

PAYMENT

- I only accept Paypal- Payments will be only accepted in USD.- I require full payment to start your commission.- I will add you to my to-do list once you have sent the payment and info is given.- You can tip me if you think I’ve done a good job.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

- I claim all the rights of the commissioned artwork, not the buyer.- If you post/use the commission anywhere, please credit me by tagging me.- You are not allowed to resell my art.THE BUYER IS ALLOWED TO:- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:- Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making profit off it in any way without the license.- Claiming the artwork as your own.- Removing my signature from the artwork.- Altering / editing the artwork without my consent.

COMMISSIONS

- Do not send payment until I confirm your commission.- If I do not feel I can do your commission I have the right to decline it.- I will deny your commission if you do not know what you want (vague descriptions are not acceptable.)- My delivery time depends on the demand, but is usually 15 working days. If you want to confirm the order, I will tell you the deadline of your order.- Remember that I only work from Monday to Friday.- I make the emotes and badges in the sizes that Twitch requires.- There's a limit on the characters you can choose for emotes commissions, for orders of 3 emotes, you can only choose 1 character for them. For orders of 5 emotes, you can choose 2 characters, and for orders of 10 emotes or more, you can choose 3 characters.- The emotes service includes only 1 character per emote half body or just the face.
